Data Collection
None of our games have the option for account creation or account linkage at this time, as such we do not directly collect any personal data from our users. However, our games are integrated with Google’s AdMob platform to serve advertisements as well as integrated with Google/Firebase Analytics to report on our application’s status, performance and general usage trends. Through these 3rd party platforms user data is collected in our applications and securely transmitted to the respective 3rd-party for real-time processing. Each platform listed above is linked to their respective data collection policies.
Below lists the 2 areas of user data collection and the specific elements that may be collected while using our applications.
Marketing and Advertising: Our games integrate Google’s AdMob platform which serves both personalized and non-personalized advertisements during gameplay. A unique identifier is generated for each device using the information collected during your session to best serve the most relevant ads.
In compliance with GDPR (General Data Processing Regulation), users in the EEA (European Economic Area) will see a message asking for their consent to generate personalized ad content.
IP address | Collects device’s Masked IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device. |
User product interactions | Collects user product interactions and interaction information, including app launch, taps, and video views. |
Device identifiers | Collects Android advertising ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to the device. |
All of the user data collected these 3rd-party platforms is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. This data is collected and processed during gameplay only and none of the information is used or stored after the gaming session has concluded.
Application Information and Performance: Our games collect relevant application performance benchmarks, which includes certain gameplay metrics, error / crash logs, and includes the following:
Gameplay metrics | Collects game session data such as duration of play, outcome, time of play and is periodically sent to developers for performance review. |
Gameplay errors | Collects and transmits, when possible, crash and error logs to developers for review. |
This application data is transmitted and securely stored with the 3rd-party platforms servers and none of this data is stored on the local device. An exception can occur in the event of an application crash, where the application will attempt to store the crash log locally on the device. On the next application load, any existing crash log will be transmitted to the Analytics platform(s) and then removed from the device.
When using the “Save Game” feature, the application writes the game data into a small json-text file (*.wbf extension), and places it locally on the device for future access.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Non-personally identifiable information is collected and shared with the Google AdMob platform for use in advertising, and with Google/Firebase Analytics for crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance metrics.
Does your application use Cookies?
Our integrated 3rd-party platforms may use Cookies to identify users to derive improved information on usage habits, interests and other behaviors, in pursuit of displaying the most relevant and tailored ads possible.
How long do we retain your data?
All user data collected is shared and transmitted to 3-party platforms for processing and storage. Information collected for Advertising and Marketing is only collected in real-time and not stored remotely but may be stored locally in the form of a Cookie for future reference. User data collected on application metrics, usage and trends is currently stored indefinitely within de-identified databases for analytic purposes.
